Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations Naxion currently ships to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs All orders are shipped at a flat rate of £13.00. Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout. No additional or hidden shipping fees will be applied after purchase.

3. Order Processing Schedule Orders are processed during standard business days, Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Handling Time All orders are subject to a handling time of 1 to 2 business days prior to shipment.

5. Shipping Carriers We use trusted courier partners depending on the size and type of item ordered. Small and medium items are delivered via Royal Mail or Evri. Large and heavy items such as electric bikes, lawn mowers, kayaks, and outdoor equipment are delivered using specialist heavy-item couriers to ensure safe transportation.

6. Delivery Timeframe Transit time is 3 to 6 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4 to 8 business days including handling time. Delivery estimates are calculated in business days and begin once the order has been shipped.

7. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

8. Delivery Address Changes We can only change the delivery address if the order has not yet been processed. Contact us immediately at support@naxion.shop if you need to make changes.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or if you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Shipping Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Naxion is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
