Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery; items returned without original packaging or tags; items returned after 30 days of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@naxion.shop with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@naxion.shop with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
